The Difference in Daily Life Satisfaction According to the Social Economic Status and Sociodemographic Characteristics of Women with Disabilities

Abstract
The aims of this study are providing data to establish further employment policies for the disabled women by researching the difference of the satisfaction level in their daily lives based on their social economic status and on the sociodemographic characteristics. The original data from ¡®4th Panel Survey of the Employment for the Disabled¡¯ by the Korean Employment Agency for the Disabled are used for analysis.
According to the results of this study, their daily living satisfaction level was varied to following areas : education, income, employment status, subjective class consciousness, age, marital status, the type of disability and the degree of disability. Their job-related and marital satisfaction was very high but satisfaction on friend relationships, residence, health status, monthly income, leisure, and their overall daily lives was low.
Based on the above results of this study, the satisfaction degrees of their daily living dependent to their social economic status and to the characteristics in sociology of population, are discussed and further studies are suggested
